Guillotine Metal Shearing Press, 2.5 meter wide, Hydraulic Metal Shearing press, 4.0 meter wide, Shearing capacity of 8.0 mm thickness steel sheet of tensile strength 65 kg/mm Two Hydraulic Press Brakes of 2.5 meter and 4.0 meter wide, each 250 MT Imported from Japan. Universal Cutting Machine of 45 MT capacity from Japan, two sets Automatic gas shielded bench type Arc Welding machines from Japan, 18 sets electric Arc Welding machine, Automatic Oxy-Fuel gas cutting machine from Japan enable General division to be Specialized in producing Galvanized Telescopic Polygonal Steel Poles and associated fittings, Green Field Lattice Tower & Rooftop tower as well as different types of structural jobs.

Galvanized Teleacopic Steel Poles:
Main use of Galvanized Telescopic Steel Poles is construction of electrical power transmission and distribution lines. Technology of Manufacturing Telescopic steel poles are new and modern, very easy to transport and assemble. This type of pole consists of a series of manufactured pole section of perfect dimension to fit each other by pole sections are assembled by placing correct sections axially and applying optimum force to fit other rigidly. Length of slip joints should be minimum 1.5 times of the largest inner diameter of female section.
Design of all Types of Steel Poles including 132 KV Monopole, H-pole Structure and Associated Fittings and Lattice Towers, Pipes, Screw and Fasteners are done by qualified professional Engineers. These designs are internationally accepted & often verified by BUET or other Organizations.
Customized software’s are used for designing different types of steel poles with different force criteria. All design Calculations are done following specification by purchaser and considering all design parameters such as steel material, design forces, wide velocity.
